Make It Monday #114 with Dr. Digi

Note: I added the grass to this image with Copic markers.

Welcome to another linky party at Make It Monday! We're sponsored this week by Doctor Digi's House of Stamps and I've got a masculine card to share with you today. Rare, I know. ;) First though, I'd like to congratulate the winner of MIM #113 and say that I thoroughly enjoyed all of the paper creations that filled our gallery. Be sure to check out the wonderful inspiration my teamies provided for you at the MIM blog or by clicking their links on my right sidebar.

Masculine cards are hard for me because I always feel they are in need of something more. Having said that, Doctor Digi's House of Stamps is our current sponsor and many of the digi images are masculine which is why I decided to create this card for my hubby using Gridiron Gregg. My DH is a huge fan of football and he loves his alma mater, Louisiana State University, and the Fighting Tigers. After 26+ years of marriage I can say that come football season, scratch that, all year long his one true love is the Tighah's from LSU lol. So this one is for you, my darling husband. ;) If you are familiar with LSU's colors then you understand my color palette of sunflower gold (which translates to yellow) and purple. Thank you Dr. Digi for providing the team with images to create with and I hope you don't mind me customizing Gridiron Gregg's jersey lol.

There were so many amazing entries this week that it made choosing my Pick of the Week extremely difficult. I can't tell you how many times I changed my mind but I finally settled on #10 Nancy D. because she not only created an amazing 3D Christmas project she included a wonderful tutorial to share with all of us. Thanks Nancy!

Her poinsettias are gorgeous!

Is this FUN or what?!?

Oh good grief! Another Tiger fan! LOL I believe we have as many LSU fans down here as MSU ones. I do believe that guy could make or should I say break somebody's day. :-) Fun card Lisa! Hugs!

Love those bright colours and your gridiron player looks like he means business!!! Your husband will love this one. Your POTW is a stunner, so much work, I nearly picked it and then went with CAS style tags.
Sorry I'm late popping in,
