Hello and welcome!
I'm excited about our new challenge, Moving Parts, at Top Tip Tuesday. Any time you add something that moves on a card it just elevates it to a new level. Elaine is our hostess for the next two weeks and she is sharing a wonderful tutorial on how to create a wiper card. I highly recommend it and I hope you'll also check out the amazing inspiration by my teamies and our guest designer.
As for my card, I decided to create an Accordion Fold Moving Card. You can customize the width of the accordion based on the size card you create. For example, my card is A2 size (4 1/4 x 5 1/2) which means that my accordion needs to be 3 inches wide to allow the designer paper to be shown on both sides. (For a 5 x 7 card I would want the width to be 3 1/2 inches.) I placed it on my Scor Pal and scored it a 3", 4 1/2", 6", 7 1/2" and 9 inches. Use the bone folder that comes with your scoring tool to fold the score lines. You can leave it that way or decorate the top with a border punch, die or corner rounder. I opted for a border punch for the front and corner rounder for the back to dress it up a bit. On the inside you'll want to decorate it by cutting panels for the front inside and back covers plus the four other panels where you can stamp a message/image or write a note. Punch a hole and thread ribbon from back to front and tie in a bow to close it. To adhere my accordion I used double stick tape and secured it in the middle but you can put it anywhere. Here's a side view showing it closed, it looks like a present waiting to be opened. :)
This is what it looks like when opened.

Okay, it's your turn to create a paper creation with moving parts on it. If you'd like an opportunity to be a guest designer at Top Tip Tuesday share a tip and when you link up place TIP beside your name.
Good luck everyone!
