In the Meadow...

we can build a snowman
Then pretend that he is Parson Brown
He'll say: Are you married?
We'll say: No man
But you can do the job
when you're in town

Well at least I finished the verse for you lol. For the lyrics to Winter Wonderland click here and sing along with me. :)

It's time to kick off a new linky party at Make It Monday! Are you ready? Before we do, I'd like to congratulate our featured entry and winning commenter of last week's party.

My little tune was inspired by the image, In the Meadow, our current sponsor **C. C. Designs** provided the DT to create with. It's so cute! I colored it with Copic's, added a touch of holiday sparkle with Stickles and bordered the Spellbinders die cut with liquid pearls. A simple button with twine and four holly stickers is all the embellishment I needed for the top of this gift box. Each side was covered with green cardstock and a cardstock sticker was added to the front. The gift box was a snap to put together since it is premade and comes with a magnetic closure. It's been in my stash for a while (out of sight, out of mind) and I purchased it here.

Prize is a $15 gift certificate to the winner.

Remember, to be in the running to win the prize from our sponsor this week just leave a comment for another entry. Be sure to mention you saw them on Make It Monday. The more entries you comment on the more chances you have of winning!

A big thank you for providing the DT with our image to create with!

My PICK OF THE WEEK is...

First I have to say that I love the name of her blog- Sassy and Southern. :) I also love the way she colored this image and she definitely knows a thing or two about shading. The gingham dp  is the perfect backdrop for this fab Thanksgiving card.
Trisha, thanks for sharing your talent with us at Make It Monday!

It's hard to believe we are celebrating Thanksgiving, here in the US, in four days. Where has this year gone?

My fellow teamies all used the same digi I did and it was fun to see what everyone came up with. Click HERE to go to the challenge blog or on their links in my right sidebar. I love their inspiration and you will too!

Have a great week everyone and to those celebrating Thanksgiving this week I hope you have a wonderful holiday filled with family and friends, good food and good times. L2, enjoy your new home. :)

Hugs,
Lisa xx
