Make It Monday #147

**The Squirrel and The Fox DT project HERE**

Hello and welcome!

A new linky party is open at Make It Monday and we have a new DT member to announce. Yay! Michelle invited the talented Kerry Hocking to replace Meihsia who stepped down a few weeks ago. I'm so excited to welcome Kerry aboard and I can't wait to share this creative journey with her!

Our current sponsor is Saturated Canary and I'm using Winnie Goes Camping on my mixed media art journal page. Needless to say I love Krista's images and this set is great for building a scene because you receive three images (Winnie, vintage camper and campsite sign) to play with. It reminded me of all the camping adventures in my early childhood. We had a Chinook camper and our campground was the great outdoors in Alaska. I'll never forget the trip when my oldest sister rolled down the side of a mountain. It wasn't a rocky mountain otherwise it could have been disastrous. She was bruised and sore for a while but thankfully okay. She certainly scared the dickens out of everyone!

My forest was created with this fun little die.

My Pick of the Week (with a slight twist) is...

I love this carousel!!! She mentioned in her post that she had trouble following the directions so instead of quitting she simply figured it out on her own. Way to go Loz, the pay off is this amazing paper project. Now for the twist, I also chose two other amazing projects to highlight as my POTW and they just happen to be by the very crafty Loz as well. Take a look at these...

entry #2 which she made for her fur baby :)

and last but not least is entry #11 with her awesome Chair Step card.

Thanks for always playing along at MIM and for sharing your inspiration Loz!

Please pay my teamies a visit to see their beautiful cards featuring Krista's digital images. You can click HERE or on their links in my right sidebar to see their inspiration. I appreciate the visit and before I go I want to wish a Happy 4th of July to my fellow US citizens. Have fun celebrating and be safe!

Yay!! Another mixed media piece!! You do such an amazing job with these and this one is so fun! I grew up camping and we're attempting to pass the tradition onto our girls when we find the time to go...
